New York here we come!!!

Our last day in Vegas was pretty cruisy and we got up late and checked out at 12pm then hit the strip and had a drink at Rockin O'Reilly and then endulged in a Fat Burger - so bad but oh so good!! Then finished the afternoon playing the slots and getting free drinks. So headed to the airport for our overnight flight from Vegas to New York and we knew we were going to be lucky to get 4 hours sleep but we got in at 7.00am dropped our bus off at the Hilton Garden Inn 33rd Street and hit the pavement running!! We headed off to Times Square going past the Empire State Building and visited the 3 story M & M store. From there we got a 7 day subway ticket and headed to the World trade Centre Memorial - wow what amazing tribute to the lives lost and great new buildings to fill the space. Spent a couple of hours going round it and the amount of people visiting was phenomenal. We then head back and ended up at an Irish bar called Stout - yummy food and drink. Finally the lack of sleep has caught up so back to the hotel to do laundry and have an early night.
